I charge R500 an hour and I recommend a 2-3 hour session to begin with as there is a lot of ground to cover first.

There is a special rate of R450 per hour if you wish to do ongoing coaching for 2-3 months.

I do long distance skype coaching too. Upfront payment would be required.
