Tokai Forest picnic or braai function

Forest nature walk in the Arboretum, picnic/braai, volleyball and boule. With option of mountain biking,

10:00 am. Meet at Tokai Forest, a part of the Table Mountain National Park (or transport can be arranged from a central point in Cape Town at 9:00 am.).

Start with a easy guided nature stroll of the indigenous forest and Fynbos slopes at the Arboretum. Spot a European Honey-Buzzard or the Common Chaffinch and many other bird and raptor species.
Or for the more active an option of easy guided mountain biking. (minimum of 10 persons)
Return to braai/picnic site, relax, enjoy drinks, volleyball or boule.

12:30 pm. Lunch is served. Your choice of:

Picnic Lunch
Curried chicken salad with roasted almonds and salad greens
Caprese salad: sliced tomatoes & mozzarella with fresh basil, black olives, balsamic vinegar & extra virgin olive oil
Assorted cold meats
Assorted bread rolls & butter
Assorted cheese & crackers
Guacamole (Mexican avocado dip)
Tsatziki (Greek yoghurt & cucumber dip)
Large corn chips for dipping
Fresh fruit in season
Assorted cookies
Chilled fruit juice, soft drinks & bottled water

Mountain Biking option R290 per person in addition.
Transfers from and to Cape Town central can be arranged.
