Wedding venue urgently available for 10 February 2012 in Krugersdorp.
We are looking for someone to take over our date of 10 February 2012 as we will no longer be able to marry on this date. We have already paid deposit. All communications will be directly with the venue. The name of the venue is Makiti (

The venue is in Krugersdorp and its absolutely stunning. The R280 pp package includes:

Exclusivity to your Venue.
Honeymoon Suite for the bride from 11h00 the morning of the wedding or may be booked earlier of no wedding or function the previous day.
Complimentary champagne for the bride, as well as for the bridal couple to stay over. Also includes Breakfast the following morning (Please note that the Honeymoon Suite is only included with an afternoon wedding and is exclusively available to the bride and groom.)
The Chapel (including Red carpet, Podium, Registry table, Kneel cushions, PA system and standard draping and décor.) The Brass bell is rung upon the entering of the bride. Your DJ will handle your music in the chapel as well.
The Function room with the standard voile drapes, standard organza main table drapes, standard white table cloths, chair covers and material napkins(Ballroom) and standard cream table cloths, chair covers and material napkins(Sunset), one of the overlays (wide variety of organza overlays to choose from), gift table, cake table, standard microphone and podium. Please remember should we not have the colour that you require, we will have to hire it in at an additional cost. The Sunset linen is cream and Ballroom white. If you want to change the colours of your linen there will be an additional cost.

The table numbers, menu-stands, toothpick holders, etc
The staff that set-up before the function and clears after the function (note that the time that they leave will be determined by the coordinator.)
The coordinators and supervisors that make sure everything happens the way we discussed (will coordinate until all guests have left as discussed with the planner.)
The Wedding planner that will assist you in planning the finer details of your wedding (three hour meeting approx 6 weeks prior to your wedding in which the menu, colour scheme, bar arrangement, table layout, chapel and function programme etc. will be discussed.) Please phone the office in advance to set up a meeting. The food waiters that serve the guests on a normal three-course menu (for a plated menu there will be an additional waiter charge.) The Coordinator will determine the time they leave. Our waiters do not serve any drinks.
· The DJ that plays music in the chapel and function hall as discussed with the client and operates the PA system. The PA systems have UPS back-up in case of Eskom power failure. Includes Microphone and podium. The DJ also coordinates the service with the minister. (The allocated DJ will contact you the week of the wedding.)
The Bar manager with barmen that will operate the bar according to the client’s requirements
The guards and parking attendants that look after the cars and operates the main gate.
· Each Venue is equipped with a 200KVA generator which switches on automatically (takes 9 seconds) and takes over the full power supply in case of an Eskom power failure (which unfortunately happens frequently in the Kromdraai and Muldersdrift Valley.)

Only a minimum number of 60 guests are required for this special package.
