★ Safe and functional exercises for all 3 trimesters of pregnancy.
★ Small group classes that focus on breathing techniques, posture correcting, strengthening and stretching of pelvic floor muscles, mobility and stability of the spine and pelvis.
Postnatal Classes
★ Pilates based exercises focusing on healing the body after birth or a C Section.
★ Gentle rehabilitation of pelvic floor muscles and Diastisis Recti.
★ Small classes or private sessions available.
