These sessions are specifically for beginners and intermediate fitness levels. Equipment pieces available: flexibands, fitness circles, small balls and gymsticks.
Mat & stabilization will improve your strenght and flexibility. The focus is on improving your postural muscles first (core: back and abdominal muscles) then increasing the strenght of all major muscles, including improvement of range of movement.
Group sessions are limited to 4 participants.
One on one and partner sessions are available.
