Qualifications and Experience :

• BSc Civil Engineering Hons
or BSc Construction Management
or BSc Quantity Surveying Hons.
• Preference may be given to professionals registered as Pr.Eng or Pr.CPM, although candidates who are eligible for registration will be considered.
• Postgraduate qualification in programme management advantageous.
• Minimum 3 years post qualification experience in construction project management or construction management, and
• At least 2 years in home building environment.




Key Performance Areas :

 Programme management of KZN forensic engineering projects;
 Identification and management of risks;
 Verify and validate the program and ensuring adherence to standards stipulated by the entity;
 Ensure that there are regular reviews and accountability;
 Programme manage the finance, and ensure all projects are delivered within budget, time frame and the quality standards applicable;
 Programme manage the resources;
 Oversee the performance of the appointed consultants and contractors;
 Prepare reports to the client and stakeholders;
 Develop relationships with clients and stakeholders to promote Company standards and equriements, and ensure delivery to client satisfaction.



Remuneration :

• R 820 000 – R 896 000 CTC
