This is a small farm situated west of White River, 34, 7923 Ha, on the Brondal road, approximately 11km from the CBD of White River. The Sand River flows through the property and there is a 22 hectare water allocation from the Witklip Dam Canal System. There are a number of well maintained dwellings and outbuildings. The land consists of 11ha of irrigated land under tunnels, planted to flowers of which 4ha is under lights and a further 10ha of arable land of which 5000m² is under (shadecloth) planted to flowers with the remainder 13.7923 ha of land being natural bush.
Main House: Thatch house consists of an entrance hall, 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a lounge, dining room, T.V room and a kitchen, covered patio and a large garden.
Second House: The house consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an open plan lounge/dining room and a large fitted kitchen. There is a large covered veranda and large garden.

Fourth House: 1 bedroom, bathroom, open plan lounge and kitchen.
Garage & Offices: This is a brick building adjacent to the main building used as an office and garage. Packing & Storage Shed: There is a partially open sided shed and store room of brick and timber under a corrugated iron roof as well as a newly built open sided shed of timber and corrugated iron. Workers Accommodation: There are 30 rooms with communal ablution facilities used by the farm workers. ESCOM supplies the farm with three phase electricity. Water is supplied via the canal system, two strong boreholes and from an allocation from the Sand River, which is stored in 2 earth dams on the property. Sewerage disposal is by means of septic tanks and French drains.
