Up for auction is a 22k gold FDC stamp with a First Day Issue date of 1982. Canceled on the first day of issue from the U.S. Post Office and complete with a 22K golden foil replica of the original stamp. It is unaddressed and does have the descriptive card.
Each stamp measures 7.5" X 4 1/4" and looks great when framed.
The photo has been darkened a bit for better viewing so the FDC Cover is whiter than the photo shows.
